Refund policy

Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, and if a discount was applied to your order, returned items will be refunded with the discount price paid. 

They must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All products that are returned are inspected by our returns department thoroughly. If a product is received in a condition that we think is unfit for reselling, the refund will not be processed, and the item(s) will be returned to you. Make sure you secure the products you’re returning and send the items to the address below:
